We understand that plans change. This policy explains when and how you can cancel bookings and receive refunds on Pro-Konnekt.

When you book a lesson or service, the cancellation policy depends on when you cancel relative to the scheduled start time.
Standard Cancellation Policy

| More than 24 hours before | Full refund (100%) |
| 12-24 hours before | Partial refund (50%) |
| Less than 12 hours before | No refund |
| No-show (missed appointment) | No refund |
Note: Some Professionals may have custom cancellation policies that differ from the standard policy above. The applicable policy will be clearly displayed during booking.
How to Cancel
- Log in to your Pro-Konnekt account
- Go to "My Lessons" or "Bookings"
- Find the booking you wish to cancel
- Click "Cancel Booking"
- Confirm the cancellation
You will receive a confirmation email with refund details (if applicable).
